The Alpha’s Accidental Pet-Project

When Dr. Liam Vance stepped into his university laboratory to calibrate a prototype dimensional rift generator, the absolute last thing on his schedule was an interdimensional layover in a sprawling beastman empire. Armed with a tenured background in historical anthropology and an acute, industrial grade coffee addiction, Liam expected to study spatial anomaly mechanics—not to fall squarely into the sights of Lord Kaelen, the Varian Empire’s most fearsome, fiercely territorial Alpha. To Kaelen, the arrival of a smooth-skinned, clawless human in his palace courtyard was nothing short of an absolute miracle—a fragile, precious artifact requiring immediate containment, luxury cashmere nesting, and uncompromising alpha protection. To Liam, it was the start of an absurd, high-stakes culture clash where tactical military strategies collided head-on with academic stubbornness.
